Senior Adult Ministry
The Friendship Luncheons at Prairie Community Church keep fellowship thriving among the oldest members of the congregation, although any age adult may join us. The church staff, including Pastor John, usually do join the fellowship. We meet at 12:00 p.m., generally on the first Wednesday of the month in the Fireside Room.
The food is a “Pot Blessing” type meal. However, all are are welcome to attend even if you don't feel up to cooking. We always have plenty of goodies! Please RSVP to the church office so we know how many places to set and if someone needs transportation. Click here to let us know or call 952-937-8000.
The group has also enjoyed a lunch outting on Lake Minnetonka, has a brunch on Good Friday before the noon service, and twice a year the Caregivers Team throws us a party. We look forward to our time together!
