God is bigger and better and closer than we can imagine.

  • I know [God] adores me, and I absolutely adore him. He is clearly dedicated, considering he has stayed with us forever. (Taylor L.)
  • I believe God wants us to glorify him in all our actions, thoughts and activities, so that we can love others and witness His grace as He unconditionally loves us. (Miki S.)

The Holy Spirit is God with us in Person.

God created us to be in relationship with him, now and forever.

God’s grace and our faith are essential to a growing relationship with God.

Jesus’ followers allow their hearts to be led to the margins and their hands to serve those they find there.

  • I have had the privilege of serving many groups from all over the country. I have had the amazing chance to get to watch them work and slave over a house for 4 days and to hand over a set of keys to a family who may or may not know the Lord. In prayer God gives us access to his own heart. Prayer is our first resort, not the last resort!

  • Prayer allows us to both talk to and hear from God. Prayer isn’t so much asking God to change what is happening, as it is asking God to change us. (Beca M.)
  • To be effective in prayer I believe that you have to continuously pray to God not just when you are down, but even when you feel like you are on top of the world because in the blink of an eye you could be right back down to where you were before. (Ryan M.)

Jesus is coming again!

  • I believe that Jesus will, some day, return, bodily and visibly, to judge all mankind. (Paul H.)
